The food served at Vayu is simple and uncomplicated yet delightfully satiating and comforting, made with fresh, local and seasonal produce, most of which is grown in the estate or procured from local farmers. We are happy to curate a traditional ‘Kumaoni’ fare on request. Meals mostly comprise of a wide array of evergreen, Indian dishes that are familiar to the palate.

Our in-house chef, Gajen is always eager to please guests and will do his best if you have any dietary preferences. A limited selection of Asian and Continental dishes are also available.
